My story
I spent 14 months trying to figure out what was wrong with my body. I was bloated after a piece of toast — even after eating two grapes. I was constantly tired and I didn’t feel like myself. And no matter what I did, I didn’t get the results I wanted. My body felt like it was working against me — and nobody could tell me why.
So I figured it out myself.
The shift happened when I stopped blaming my discipline and started looking at what my body was actually asking for — digestion, hormones, stress, recovery, and simple habits that made sense for real life. Once I found the root cause, everything finally started to click.
